Tom Flanders

District Superintendent

Tom & Chris have served in pastoral and district ministry for more than thirty years, all with the Christian & Missionary Alliance. They began with the Alliance Southeast in 2021. They are graduates of Nyack College and Tom completed his seminary education at Columbia International University. They have been married for thirty-seven years and are parents to three children. They are passionate about multiplying the local church and developing existing and emerging generations of leaders.

Trish Santos

Director of Business & Finance

Trish was born in Lake Carmel, NY and moved to Florida when she was eleven. After marrying her best friend, Chris, they were baptized together in an Alliance Church. Trish continues serving in the local church and brings marketing, accounting and operations experience to her role with the Alliance Southeast, where she has served since 2009.

John Sappia

John and his family have served extensively in local church ministry and denominational leadership. They have served in the U.S. and South America. John is a graduate of Nyack College and Reformed Theological Seminary. John’s passion is discipleship and helping others put their unique gifts and personality into the ministry that God has planned for them to do.

Chad Woolf

Regional Director & Church Multiplication

Chad and his wife Kari live in southwest Florida with their two children, Turner and Kate. Chad has served in church ministry for twenty-five years, twenty of those within the Alliance Southeast. He holds an undergraduate degree from Emmaus Bible College, and a Master of Arts degree in Apologetics from the Talbot School of Theology. Chad is passionate about helping the church thrive by developing leaders and planting new expressions of God’s Kingdom.
